Emily George Interview – Franchise Business Review

Emily George, a Whisky Wednesday star, talks about the attributes of a great bartender and how her bartending skills have transferred into a successful career in franchising. In fact, it is Emily’s belief that everyone should work in the hospitality business at least once in their lifetime. Those skills will come in handy no matter which of the 6 different careers one will have in the future, says Emily.

We don’t want to give away the whole show; but you’ll want to listen in to discover the 2-sides to Emily. A literal side and a what if side and how both play a vital role in Emily’s day-to-day thinking, planning and doing.
