Franchise Today Interview

Zoracle Profiles President Rebecca Monet was interviewed on Franchise Today by Paul Segreto and Stan Friedman. They discussed the ins and outs of not only Zoracle Profiles, but franchising as well.

“What is the franchisee in Houston out performing the franchisee in Kansas City?” Rebecca addresses her own question by explaining the Top Performer Blueprint research on various franchise systems and how it determines these differences. Amazingly, the franchisee assessment can be completed in 5-12 minutes.

“Who in their right mind would not want to do that as a franchisor?” asks Stan Friedman. According to Rebecca many franchisors have used personality tests in the past with poor results and have the misconception that Zoracle’s SpotOn! Profile is yet another personality. However, Zoracle does not use personality tests as the have less than .03% correlation to job/business performance. Zoracle’s meta-analysis methodology provides insights no singular profile, survey, algorithm or assessment can, and has changed the way in which franchisors select franchisees. Zoracle integrates five statistically validate sciences.

Poor franchisee selection is expensive to a franchise system. It’s important to know a candidate is a good fit and will perform well within a franchisor’s business model. “That franchisee that’s struggling out there requires a lot more resources and energy, never mind the damage to the brand equity and lost opportunity in that market place if this person is not a good fit and not doing well” says Rebecca as she explains why choosing the right franchisee is so important.
