One of my (Rebecca Monet’s) fondest memories coming to the United States from Switzerland was driving the streets of Philadelphia with my family. On every street corner there was someone selling 3 hot pretzels in a brown paper bag. My parents would purchase a bag or two and my brothers and I would devour them like candy. I’m delighted there is a National Pretzel Day and that Dan DiZio and Philly Pretzel Factory franchisees know how to celebrate in high fashion!
