Over time, The Mule has grown into a beloved late-night eatery and social hub in Hamilton. Open until 2 AM daily, it draws crowds for lunch, dinner, brunch, and weekend DJ nights—making it a go-to spot for both casual meals and energetic evenings out. Its lively atmosphere, inclusive approach, and culinary creativity have defined its reputation and fueled its expansion into new locations, building on the success of the original Hamilton venue.
