Are leaders born or made? Angela Coté, Founder of Franchise Growth Catalyst shares her experience having been raised by two leaders. She recognizes how both of her parents influenced her and her brother.
Angela believes her parents modeled leadership skills in their day-to-day lives. Her dad was the founder and CEO of a 500 unit franchise concept. Her mother was heavily involved in various volunteer activities. Each exhibit different but highly effective leadership skills. Angela’s brother uses his leadership skills as a priest. Whereas Angela has chosen business coaching as her vehicle to positively impact the lives of others.
