There are over 700 Gyu-Kaku restaurants worldwide, and the first U.S. location opened in West Los Angeles in 2001. Gyu-Kaku’s Award Winning Restaurant was awarded the Hot Concept Award in 2007 and the demand keeps growing!
The Gyu-Kaku System has been designed for efficiency of operations and limits the amount of daily food preparation in the restaurant, as well as, the need for an extensive cooking staff. Because most of the menu items are delivered raw to the table, the kitchen staff’s primary role is to assemble the order for the server to deliver to the table. The Gyu-Kaku System eliminates the need to employ an executive chef, sous chef, or pastry chef. The “chef” is the customer, who does all of the cooking at the table.
Gyu-Kaku Japanese BBQ has completed their SpotOn! Blueprint and is now a SpotOn! Match member. Aki Yamaguchi and his team welcome your franchise prospect referrals.
