Tasty Restaurant Group acquires 37 Pizza Hut locations
Tasty Restaurant Group has acquired 37 Pizza Hut locations in Virginia and West Virginia, bringing the company’s portfolio to 153 Pizza Hut restaurants and 63 Burger King restaurants in 10 states. Tasty Restaurant Group is owned by Los Angeles-based private equity firm Triton Pacific and operates its Pizza Huts under the group’s affiliate Tasty Hut.[…]
