The company was founded in 2007 by Natalie Fairchild, beginning as a small home-based espresso catering service. What started as a single mobile coffee bar quickly gained popularity as businesses and event planners embraced the idea of bringing a coffeehouse experience directly to their events. As demand grew, Pacific Perks expanded its menu offerings, moved into a commercial facility, and broadened its reach throughout the Pacific Northwest. With continued growth and refinement of its operating systems, the company eventually introduced a franchise model, allowing entrepreneurs to bring Pacific Perks’ mobile café concept to communities across the country.
