VELLA HAUS was founded by Alexa Centeno, a passionate designer and former finance professional who discovered her love for home staging after experiencing firsthand how intentional design could completely change the feel and value of a space. Before launching the brand, Alexa co-owned a home automation company and helped hundreds of clients create smarter, more beautiful living environments. That experience—combined with her entrepreneurial drive and love for aesthetics—sparked the idea for a staging business rooted in modern design, emotional connection, and real estate performance. VELLA HAUS officially launched in Massachusetts, where Alexa began transforming properties for agents, investors, and homeowners seeking faster sales and stronger offers.
The response was immediate and enthusiastic. Clients consistently praised the elevated style, attention to detail, and ability to make a home feel both luxurious and livable.
