Voda Cleaning & Restoration traces its roots back to 2009, when Dragan and Arleen Krstic founded a modest carpet cleaning business just outside Washington, D.C. Driven by Dragan’s ambition as an immigrant from Serbia and Arleen’s partnership, they aimed to establish a trustworthy, high-quality cleaning service in their community. Their devotion to exceptional customer service and integrity laid the groundwork for what would become a nationwide franchise operation.
The name “Voda” — meaning water — speaks to their ethos: offering a service that’s both potent and gentle, restoring environments to their healthiest and cleanest states.
While the company had grown steadily as a regional service provider, Voda made a significant leap forward in 2023, when it embraced franchising. Thanks to a highly experienced leadership team—having over 50 years of combined expertise across 17 franchise brands—Voda launched its first franchising efforts and began offering territories nationwide.
From humble beginnings in the D.C. area to a rapidly expanding franchise network, Voda Cleaning & Restoration has carved a unique niche in the cleaning and restoration industry.
