Jennifer started Deka Lash with the dream of empowering women through beauty with a focus on superior and affordable eyelash extensions. Her dream has become a reality, launching industry game-changing eyelash products and driving Deka Lash to more than 100 retail locations in the US and Canada.
Michael Blair
Michael is the Co-Chief Executive Officer and Co-Founder at Deka Lash. In Michael’s role, he leads Deka Lash’s overall operations and technology strategy to advance the strategic goals of the enterprise.
Prior to Deka Lash, Michael spent more than two decades as an entrepreneur and working in the corporate world in a diverse array of organizations and functions. Michael is a visionary and passionate about disruptive technology innovation to drive operational efficiency and scalability.
Michael earned his Masters in Information Technology from Carnegie Mellon University.
